Places for Children @ Gascoigne Children’s Centre is part of the Gascoigne Children's Centre, and is set in the heart of the Gascoigne estate. We have a state of the art purpose built 76 place nursery with a large outdoor area, which children have access to throughout the day. As part of a Children’s Centre we have access to many professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists, Family Support Workers and Health Visitors.

We have a dedicated staff team who work with the children to develop their social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills.

We operate an open door policy so parents and carers are free to spend time at the nursery or accompany their children on outings.
We work closely with parents/carers as we understand that leaving your child at nursery can be a very emotional time. Before your child starts at nursery we offer a settling in period over a week, free of charge, to help make your child’s transition to nursery - for them and yourselves, as easy as possible. We actively work with you to ensure your child receives the best possible care and education in these important early years.

The nursery is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday 51 weeks of the year. We offer full day care and morning/afternoon sessions.

All nursery fees are fully inclusive of breakfast, lunch, tea and snacks, formula milk, nappies and baby wipes.
